At Blue Mountain Herbals LLP, we are committed to delivering your herbal products in the safest and fastest way possible. We partner with India’s leading courier services to ensure that your order reaches your doorstep on time and in perfect condition.

Please read our shipping practices below to understand how we handle your orders.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We know you are eager to receive your order.

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving confirmation.

  • Business Days: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as your order is dispatched from our Indore facility, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We strive to deliver products as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times based on your location are:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

  • North East & J&K: 7 to 10+ business days.

Note: While we make every effort to deliver within this timeline, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or courier operational delays may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such rare situations.

3. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package and your pin code.

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific value (as mentioned on the website banners).

  • COD Charges: If you choose Cash on Delivery, a nominal handling fee may apply, which is charged by our courier partners.

4. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery

To ensure your package reaches you without issues, please provide your complete address with the correct Pin Code and a working mobile number.

  • Verification: Our team may call you to confirm the address if we find any missing details.

  • Returned Shipments (RTO): If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the customer was unavailable, or the delivery was refused, we will initiate a refund for the product amount only. Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid to the courier company.

  • Re-Shipping: If you wish for us to resend the returned package, a standard re-shipping fee will be applicable.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packaging

Your health and safety are our top priority.

  • Do Not Accept: If you notice that the outer packaging is torn, unsealed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately inform our customer support. We will dispatch a fresh replacement for you at no extra cost.

  • Damage Claims: In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged inside the box, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Important: To process a replacement quickly, we request you to share an Unboxing Video or clear photos of the damaged product. This helps us claim insurance from the courier partner and settle your issue instantly.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. For international bulk inquiries regarding our herbal powders and extracts, please contact our support team directly.
