Refund & Cancellation Policy:
At Blue Mountain Herbals LLP, we manufacture and sell herbal wellness and personal care products with a strong focus on quality and hygiene. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund Before Delivery
No refund request will be initiated or processed until the order is successfully delivered to the recipient’s address.
Refunds for orders that are in transit, delayed, or undelivered cannot be processed until delivery confirmation is completed.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios (Post-Delivery Only)
A refund may be considered only after the parcel reaches the customer, and only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in the package
Product expired at the time of delivery
Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
Order refusal at the time of delivery
Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usability
Change of mind after delivery
Orders already in transit or under courier processing
4. Proof Required for Refund Request
To ensure transparency and PhonePe compliance, customers must provide:
Clear images or video of the product and outer packaging
Order ID and registered mobile number
Brief explanation of the issue
Refund requests without valid proof may be rejected.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
The credited amount may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the bank or payment provider.
6. Refund Mode (PhonePe Compliance)
Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during checkout (UPI, PhonePe wallet, debit/credit card, or net banking).
Cash refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted until delivery is completed.
